Same here, did everything and no Craver skin :(
Fassie skin did appear correctly when I unlocked it later though

Same for Fassie skin. Still no change for Blaze skin.

I don't see how an update could change this since it's inventory stored on the server, not your local game. I would really love to hear from the dev on this one since we are many to be hit by this bug.
