Hey guys! I am struggling alot with this quest, Find the npc to purchase the beverage information. In Security Vault floor 2. I have done it way over 20 times in different scenarios, different difficulties, you name it and I've probably tried it. Yet I cannot find it, its the only Hero Quest I have left and I just can't complete it. Never have I encountered a 2nd NPC and never have I found any readable note on the ground and I have looked through this floor inch by inch many times. So unless there is something I have not yet tried or if the NPC is just rare as hell to find,, my guess is that the quest is bugged for me. Any help or information on this matter would be golden, as I want all the achievements. Thanks!

I believe it is currently bugged. I’m on PS5 and there is no way to get it to spawn. I saw a dev on the Steam forums suggesting to submit a bug report on this site. I upvoted a couple that I saw for the same issue. Hoping they fix it soon.

This quest is broken, you can't complete it as the quest item is never sold.

I play on PC. Ive finished the quest in previous versions, but it seems like every time they update something gets messed up.
