No Support on this site? a year ago

I wanted to ask support about not being able to use the email I've used for everything for decades with their site that I had never heard of here.......but when I go to the bottom of the page to try to contact sega support, it tries to go to a page that doesn't exist. Between this and offering me freebies that don't exist, I'm having a negative experience about a free game, lol
