It doesn't look like Heavy Weapon, but as a Light Weapon it looks as it has very inconvinient grip to hold with one hand. I have no idea how are you going to animate any of these.
Must be 1 or 2 - for an electrified weapon (mostly 1)!

Concept 2 looks like a pistol inspired by the legendary Pancor Jackhammer. Every science fiction game with guns needs a Pancor or Pancor-adjacent gun, full stop. It's like the Wilhelm Scream for games.
