NEW FEATURE: AUTO SCRAP
You will be able to Auto Scrap system improvements in the Empire Management screen: useless improvements will then be scrapped from your systems; out there in the cosmos, we do not stand the worthlessness! Note that AI governors will also be able to Auto Scrap.
