Hey everybody,

Have you ever found yourself returning to the same settings time and again, all your games following familiar paths? Are you looking to extend your time in the Endless universe, but don't want to return to the same old sights? Then the Community Scenarios might be for you!

Every month, we will share saves and settings (and sometimes story) for our games meant to provide interesting challenges to seasoned players and newcomers alike. You can enter a hall of fame for each Scenario, or just share your experiences and discuss strategies.

From Bugs to Riches

The hive hungers.

Our hunts have been unsuccessful. Our prey suffers through the harsh winters. They starve, and as they dwindle, so do we. Soon, the hive will not be able to sustain itself on our prey alone. Our days as hunters of the weak may be numbered. We must turn elsewhere for sustenance. We must find a way to overcome the death of this world and our prey, before we turn on each other and destroy ourselves.

Perhaps the Clansmen have a point. Dust holds great power. Mastery of Dust is mastery of the world. With enough Dust in our claws, we would become unstoppable. Even the forces of nature, even this cursed winter, will bow to the will of the hive.

Yet we will not pour it into arcane constructions and feeble spells as the wizards do, nor will we consume it as the fallen lords of the amber plains. We will not take it from others with honeyed words like the clansmen. We will grow the hive and wrest it from Auriga itself to amass the greatest hoard of Dust has ever known, the unleash its power on the world.

This time, we are challenging you to amass dust as the Necrophages. All other victory conditions have been disabled as you face off against the Ardent Mages, Broken Lords, and Roving Clans. The hive does not trade with others, and though conquest might aid you it will not bring you victory by itself, so how will you win an economic victory as quickly as possible?

Damn you're really about to make me do an economic victory as the Necrophages?

The economic victory is not my forte, so I'm not very good at it. It's the least satisfying victory type, so I rarely strive for it. I pulled off a turn 92 victory. I felt like there could have been a lot of room for improvement, so I'm sure it can be done in a lot less time.

Overall, this is an easy scenario. You have plenty of room to expand. Just expand and build. So if you like building, this scenario is for you.
