Can't run the game

Hey!


Just purchased game and can't run it. Can you please help me.

Tried:

- disable steamoverlay

- add launch option "-useembedded"

- reinstall game couple of times


I am using MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)

El Capitan 

Processor: 2,5 GHz Intel Core i7

Memory: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Graphics Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB


Issue: game start for a second and then I see error popup: Endless Legend quit unexpectedly.

Game Version: [1.5.0] Tempest Pact of the Seas
/library/application support/endless legend/savefiles - empty

Library/Application Support/EndlessLegend/Temporary Files/ - empty as well

Hey!


Nope, I am not using external monitor.

Game run once right after installation (I've run it to check and then quit after 2 minutes normally) but anymore. 

Is there a way to make the full reinstall of the game so Register.xml and Library/Application Support/EndlessLegend/Temporary Files/ will be populated again?

I've tried regular Steam -> remove local files but it have not helped.


Also tried latest Mono framework.


Any suggestions?

Unfortunately I don't know much about Macs, but ... are you sure that Steam is properly installed on your machine ? Could you try re-installing it ?

Just tried to reinstall it, it did not help :(


Can I try to check some sockets ports you are using to connect to Steam?

Any other way to debug the issue?

I found a weird workaround.

If you run another game in parallel (in my case I tried with Factorio and Chaoos Reborn) and then in parallel run Endless Legend, than it works :)
