Sounds for district construction and settlements rebuilding are missing since 1.5.0-1.5.1.

All DLCs and updates are installed and activated.

There are other missing sound effects such as the sound that plays when you collect pearls, and the sound effect for the Cultists militia unit isn't playing properly either. The sound is just borked in general really, what a shame. It's putting me off from purchasing Tempest until these (new) issues are resolved.
