I can't use Dissent because the button when you click on a neutral village, has dissapeard.

What do you mean exactly by neutral village?

-> If neutral village destroyed:

I just tested it on the public branch, and the button is still there.

If you don't see it in your game, could you please send us a save file?

-> If neutral village not destroyed:

You can't use dissent on a village which is already hostile. :)

Don't hesitate to let me know if I miss something.
