This isn't exactly a big thing, but the rate of resource collection does not automatically update when a Skyfin levels up. You are forced to move the Skyfin off the resource and then back on for the rate to increase. The biggest issue here is that, because Skyfins aren't included with your list of units with available movement, they are easily passed over and forgotten. This can result in a lot of missed resources over the course of 20-30 turns.

It's a very annoying bug in my opinion.
