Hey there

I play as Vodyani and i was in war vs Lumeris. 

After i destroyed 3 of their planets i moved on to siege their homeworld. They forced Truce on me, but still i was able to invade (and destroy) their planet, even though Truce was already signed.

I was forbidden to leech the planet though and to move around their territory too.
