Randomly occurs. When cycling through my cities, they are all missing the same ui elements.

Leaving the city view and re-entering fixes it.

1.5.1, All DLC, X64.

... Ok... Sorry biship, it's like you attract all the bugs...

We never encounter this issue, so I will add it to our bug database but if you have a save file, it would be great!

(Even if I'm pretty sure that loading the save file will fix the UI issue )

Attached is a save from the turn before, but it appears to happen randomly and i doubt you'll be able to repro it.
