I was playing a game with a friend and bought the last 3 turns off with dust so I could complete the Industrial Megapole. The next turn I am told Someone Else beat me to it, but none of the AI actually have the building. My friend as the cultists also gets the building removed from his queue and told someone beat them to it (makes sense for him because he had 3 turns left). BUT after being told its already built he still has the option to build it. He takes 11 turns or so and builds it, while I am sitting there with No Megapole even though I 100% beat 'everyone' to it. Honestly don't know if this was a one time strange synchronization bug, or Morgawr spaghetti code???

Unfortunately all I have are some autosaves way past the event as any hard saves were on the host PC. The Legendary Deeds shows him as the builder, and showed no one as the builder when it completed/broke for me.
