Hi,

In a game with friends, at a point of the game, i gave a town to the cultist player for truce (T_T), aaaand... he kept it ! I was really surprized that the town didnt raze herself or something. 

And the turn after that, the game crashed, impossible to resynchro... and we stopped to play :/

Sooo... is it possible that's a bug, and the crash is related to that or.... simple coincidence ?

The multiple cities with Cultists, it's a known bug. You can see it at the thread : Multi City Cultist.

About the second part, can you reproduce it in an other game ? If you can, share all informations you can (see this post wich explain how report a bug in multiplayer).
