I encountered a bug with the Mogawr faction quest. The game version is 1.5.6 on Windows 7 64 bit. The quest is part B of quest 2 (To Jail the Jailors: requires you to capture one out of two possible fortresses). It completed itself one turn after I completed part A of the quest, even though I had not captured any fortresses yet (let alone the ones specified in the quest). Quest 3 was offered a few turns later, once I captured one of the fortresses named in quest 2.
