I have played Roving Clans a few times already and never had an issue with that quest, but it will not complete in my current game. I've checked over and over again that none of the villages were destroyed and haven't found any, be it from the assimilated factions or any other one actually. I've also tried swapping the factions around a little bit (not too much as influence is precious), to no avail. Is it a bug or am I missing something terribly obvious ?

Save attached, I played through a few more turns and the quest still hasn't completed - I should still win, but it'll take a bit longer without the Wells of Dust. Frustrating to stop right before the end. :( Roving Clans - Turn 128.zip

I have run into this problem today.  Right now, I have assimilated Silics with two villages, Dorgeshi with three villages, and Geldirus with three villages, but the quest won't complete.

I tried googling around for "warm bodies endless legend" and it looks like the quest used to require two minor factions with four villages each.  Unfortunately in my current game, I don't have any minor factions with four villages, so it will take me a while to conquer around and test the old quest condition.
