Hello,

I don't know if this is a bug or is actually intended (if so, it would be nice if the tooltip could reflect this).

The custom trait Cellulose Mutation (Decreases the cost of a district) behaves strangely with other district technologies/traits.

Normally it decreases the production cost by 33% for district-types expansions (while also reducing the population requirement from 2 to 1).

But it does not affect other districts besides the default one (Borough Streets).

Version 1.5.7 S3 (64-Bit), All DLCs

Normal gameplay speed.

  1. With Cellulose, without Megapole.
    • The Borough Streets get 33% cost reduction (from Cellulose Mutation).
    • The Altar of Auriga is not affected.
    • The Garth of the Allayi is not affected.
  2. With Cellulose and Megapole.
    • The Borough Streets get 46.66% reduction (from Cellulose Mutation & Megapole).
    • The Altar of Auriga is not affected.
    • The Garth of the Allayi get 20% cost reduction (from Megapole)
      • The pearl cost is not affected, should it?

The other districts from the blessings are also not affected (by both bonuses).

  • Winter Borough
  • Abbey of Anomalies
  • Luxury Intensifier
  • Strategic Intensifier

It's also worth nothing that the player is able to build both the Borough Streets and the Garth of the Allayi when he has both Cellulose Mutation & Garth of the Allayi traits.

If the player has the Garth of the Allayi, without Cellulose Mutation, then it replaces the Borough Streets.
