There is a bad Spanish translation that makes a quest unsolvable.

The quest " 4. EXPLOITING AURIGA. For a period of 5 turns, exploit 7 Anomalies and produce 50 Influence within your Empire. "  is translated as  " 4. LA EXPLOTACIÓN DE AURIGA. por un periodo de 5 turnos, explota 7 anomalías y produce 60 de polvo dentro de tu imperio "

POLVO is Spanish for DUST so one thinks that needs to gather 60 dust instead 50 influence.

I've run the game in both Spanish and English to find this issue.
