• Issue - In a multiplayer game, if you make a proposal with another player using all of your influence, and they want to give a counter proposal, their counter proposal screen shows that they do not have enough influence for their original proposal and prevents the counter-proposal from going through.

In order to repeat this issue, just make a proposal using all of your influence and have the other player attempt a counter proposal.  They will not be able to send the proposal unless they remove the original players offers.  The only way for a counter proposal to work, is if the initiating player has twice the amount of influence that they needed for the initial request.
