I have the quest "Who are the jotus?" where I am supposed to "travel to the indicated village and talk to the jotus while showing the eye of hurnas equipped on your hero"

I have tried that (and in fact I have succeed in the other half of this quest where you travel to the hurnas showing the jutus pelt coat). Anyways, I can't complete that step, it tells me that i can't talk to the village because they are already pacified. Ignoring the fact i have a hero equipped with the eye of hurnas
