I had a bunch of watch towers in a queue waiting to be built when i unlocked the tech for the next tier called lookout tower. this made it impossible to build watchtowers. So instead of seamlessly replacing all instances in the queue from watchtower to lookout tower, it now has greyed out stuck "impossible to complete" copies of the watch tower in my construction queue and requires me to manually cancel them and manually requeue lookout towers
