AI closed the borders. My army can not move in the lake (territory of the AI) without the declaration of war, the army is stuck.
At first my army was in the territory of the AI, on the ground. AI closed the borders - in the same turn my army (without my order) was in the lake belonging to the AI. I can not give the order to move even on 1 tile army. When trying to give an order, the game notifies that at the beginning I must declare war!
So - the army is stuck in the lake and useless until I declare war. This is a bug. The army should be able to withdraw from the territory of the AI.
