Hello,

I have owned and played EL since November of 2015, a little over 2 years now. Recently I started a new game(v. 1.5.14) and  I ran into a quest bug for the Delvers that I am certain existed when I started playing the game. The Delvers quest "festival of dust" is not progressing. I have tried moving the required Delver troops in and out of the city, I've tried increasing dust production well past the required level. It won't budge.

Any chance of this ever being fixed?

Here is the latest save file, but I have been trying to get it to move for several turns already.
