I've encoutered a bug which i took a picture of it (Printscreen wasn't working on my keyboard) also i've had trouble moving this image somewhere else its a bit confusing working here with these tools but let me go straight to the point. The bug seems to be you can spam a technology multiple times so that the AI increases in favour or desire of that technology and accepts pretty much anything you offer as long as you stack the tech for e.g igave him 1 tech but somehow multiple times and in exchange took an alliance. Also another bug that i cant seem to get the Tutorial basic achievement even though i've finished the tutorials 4 times and have done many multiple other achievements i can't get that and i'm aiming to get them all. If there is anything i can help more please do let me know and i hope i'll get a response that this issue has a fix .
