Hello - I've uploaded save file of a late Broken Lords game.

I've started extracting Hyperium. It will be easy to spot the bug - only 2 of my cities gather Hyperium.

You will see that I only gather 3 from my advanced city with with Kapaku hero. The upgrade Mining Rights is not working. I gather only 4 total while I should get at least 6. No upgrade works on Hyperium extractors.

Moreover - in one of my cities that is gathering Mithrite I've build strategic extractor intensifier before I was able to get the extractor. Then I've builded extractor and intensifier dissapeared from list and isn't increasing gathering rate. I've destroyed extractor and builded another one and nothing changed - city structures as graphic shows that the intensifier is there - even when you hover over the tile it says "intensifier". But it isn't there and I can't build it.

I use newest version of Community Patch - maybe it introduced these bugs?

My latest patch (2.1.3) had indeed a bad bug I must admit, but it had nothing to do with this (hotfix version is already in the official thread).

 I had a look at your save and didnt notice anything suspicious? You have two hyperium extractors as far as I can see (in Shah and in Ataiu), each mines one hyperium. When I assign your Kapaki hero to one of those cities, he gives a bonus to that regions resource gain, not to all regions. so 1 + 1 + 2 = 4. Actually I am more confused that you mine 4 at all, since your winter effect should remove one strategic resource from each extractor. I guess the base value cant be reduced to zero.
