2. To Jail the Jailors

I began a game with Morgawr today to get some achievements. When I finally had 2 Vore units on the field, triggering the end of part 1 of their faction quest, it instructed me to capture one of two possible bastions. Problem is that I already own both of these bastions, but the quest will not progress. I am assuming I will need to lose one of them and "reacquire" the bastion. This seems like it is not working as intended.

NOTE: This is not a custom faction, simply the stock Morgawr faction.
