Accidentally posted this under the wrong account first, but I will delete that post. 

After you teleport a Vaulter army it uses all of that army's remaining movement, but that army still shows up in the list of Armies awaing movement orders queue.

In the attached save, the lone Marnie is the only army with movment orders left. If you teleport him to any city, he will still show as the only army left with movement orders.
