Quest with the description "Become the first fraction which received all 3 The broken description of quest on receiving 3 Urkan", has the broken description, you watch a screenshot. Instead of the name of quest, the long text of the description gets out out of limits of the corresponding text field. I play with the Russian localization.

I included the English localization, and the problem disappeared. 

The quest is called "A World of Monsters".
Obviously, the Russian localization has a mistake. It seems that the name of quest is not translated. And maybe, something is mixed (the description of urkan and the description of quest).
