As Mykara when I take a city with extractors completed that I don't have the tech for yet I don't get the extractors when I take the city. However the extractors do seem to stay in place because when I research the tech to build the extractors myself I get them instantly.

As any other faction if I take over a city with extractors I don't have the tech for yet, I just get the extractors right away.

Save file for the turn I'm about to finish extractor tech and get a ton of extractors the next turn.

Thank you for the report. I'm not entirely sure anymore how resource extractors in conquered cities are supposed to work, but I've taken this to the team.

With every other faction when you take a city that has extractors you don't have the tech for, you just get the extractors and they start working the turn you take the city.
