When trying to launch a multiplayer game with 2 other players, I will go into the loading screen and reach the "Waiting for Other Players" screen but my other 2 players will remain in the multiplayer lobby (where one selects races and sees the countdown). Me closing the game will cause one of the other players to load the game and the other to remain in the multiplayer lobby. I have all the DLC enabled. They only had the base game.

Some others have had this issue and recommended restarting our computer. This somehow did fix our issue except for one friend who remained at the lobby. He managed to join later after turn 1 once I reinvited him. I see a message stating the methods for synch were not consistent. The game went out of sync turn 3 and after a resync, we were all able to load in again with good sync.
