After taking a number of cities I got the quest A Brighter Future and it asked me to build an Alcamy Workshop in one of my cities. My one City already has an Alcamy Workshop, so I'm guessing that this quest is requested an Alcamy Workshop because I have overgrown cities that don't have an Alcamy workshop.

thank you for your report. As far as I can see, this quest has already been fixed internally, so once then next patch releases should no longer re-occur.
