If I put a bloom on a ruin then another empire takes over that region, I'm no longer able to search those ruins.

In this save I can't search the quest ruin. Eariler in the game I wasn't able to search a temple ruin.

I like this feature. It's too easy to search for ruins.

Yes it can be annoying because you can have quest impossible to solve unless you invest 4 turns to pillage the ruin !

During Eclypse only the Mykara can take the Dust in their fungalised Ruins. Very good thing.

I'd like something to be changed though, like timed quests (search 4 ruins in 20 turns quests) should not account fungal bloom ruins as valid quest targets. Getting around terrain fast during winter is often already hard enough.

It's intended that you can't search a ruin with somebody else's fungal bloom on it. These ruins had my fungal blooms on them, they just happened to be in somebody else's territroy now.
