This may not be a bug, but it seems so unusual and contrary to the balance of other items in the game that it seems more likely to be a bug than not. The Helm of the Urkans quest reward for the "have all three Urkans" quest gives +60 Def and +900 Health. This is better than any other helmet in the game by more than an order of magnitude, and completely changes balance as soon as a player gets it. Is this intentional, or was it intended to be +90 Health? +90 Health is more in keeping with the balance of the other quest rewards, as well as tier 3 armor bonuses more generally.
