 As shwon in titile, my hero was infiltrated Vaulter's city and the city owner changed to Mykara. My infiltrated hero can raze the city. I believe it is not intended function. Uploaded saved file is for before and after.

thank you for the report. We're aware of the issue. Infiltrated heroes should be kicked out of the city when it gets overgrown. This issue should be fixed in the next patch.
