After equipping the "Nwere" accessory, all equipment changes now have a 300 dust requirement:

Thats not a Nwere bug but a general bug that affects allkinds of equipment changes. It it just very noticable with Nwere because its so expensive. It has been there for a while now, but thank you for bringing it up again, maybe NGD can look into it
