Hey,

Though I would take a chance on this unknown forum.  Recently started a standard game of Endless Legend with all the expansions minus Symbiosis. Coming up on trun 80, I realized that their are no ocean facilities anywhere on my map so far.  Interestingly, the tooltip on influence gain still shows that I am taking a penalty from the, "Center of Influence Facility."

Specs:  Windows 10, 3440 x 1440 Resolution, GeForce GTX 1080Ti, Asus PRIME X399, TR 1950, 16GB RAM, what ever else you ask for.

Version:  Endless Legend v1.7.5 S3 (64 bit)

There are fortresses in your save, your world is just humongous and they arent near you.

Confirmed.  The influence facility is visible to the south.
