Seems this kind of fixes are consistently ignored, but anyways, returned today to the game, all DLCs, got the latest patch (1.75) and still...


Here's another try:

"CityGrowth" modification (Operation attribute) should be "Percent", not "Addition".

With addition doesn't help at all to the AI: If the AI city produces 100 Food, with the value for Impossible dif of "0.5" the AI gets 100.5 (Addition) Food instead of 150 (Percent).

Also makes sense with all the other resource magnitudes.

Where to update it? Public/Simulation/SimulationDescriptors[GameDifficultyBonus].xml

Another option would be to change the value to something meaningful (10x current values)
