Another long-lasting bug...

As these definitions don't exist for Mogwar, all defaults to a standard definition, this is a serious problem on settlers, AI will update them as normal units, even with strategic resources.

These definitions should exist in:

Public/AI/AfterBattleDefinitions[UnitBody].xml

Missing items:

UnitBodySeaDemonsMastermind

UnitBodySeaDemonsSettler

UnitBodySeaDemonsHero

As Ninakoru has adressed this issue in his AI+ mod and ELCP is based on AI+, these issues are not present in ELCP ;).

Basically, I was updating my mods for compatibility with the two latest DLCs and checking out config stuff live in the current version.
