Just bought the DLC off the Steam sale today and got this bug; I see a few posts about it already, but since it's still in, attaching my savegames to help with getting it fixed.

Three .savs for three consecutive turns:

1. Last turn before destroying the Mykara; city is under siege. I'm the Cultists. They've tamed Chaka, who's rooted in the adjacent region.

2. Turn after conquering the Mykara city; this is where the popup appears saying that they've been defeated. Chaka's region is still colored blue for their faction; attempting to attack him brings up a text box saying I need to declare war, which will require <infinity symbol> experience. This option is greyed out. It doesn't appear this save can be reloaded anymore; each time I try, it brings up an error message and kicks me back to the main menu, and stops loading other saves until I exit and restart Endless Legend.

3. Next turn; this one can be loaded. When playing directly from the last, Chaka remained rooted with the region colored in, unable to be attacked without the infinite influence message. Upon loading this save now, the region looks normal but the Urkan's gone altogether; you can see the turn starts with my units around the square where he'd been before.
