So, description of problem in title of thread.
This problem appears 3rd time to me as i remember, 2 of them was near at shifters DLC release, at this time i have different pc and windows system, so i dont think what problem in PC specs and windows version. I tried to host other game with other settings and with same settings and can reproduce this bug again in some different situations. Sometimes effect of this bug constant to entire game and all shifting awe casts does full morale bonus, but sometimes it appears in single battle.

As we could see on screenshot - this ability normally gives +1 morale bonus

Instead of this - it gives full morale bonus effect. For Example: Base situation below

So, we just cast shifting awe to our hero and see this situation:

But still description of shifting awe status effect on unit says "+1 morale":

So, shifting awe gives constant full positive morale status,  instead of + 1 morale as it should be. I tested it with 3 types of units, so problem not in specific units, and not in specific items on units, also it gives exactly full morale bonus (not +6 constant as we could suggest - tested it with blocked archers, which has - 1 morale by blocked other units. So my units was still full positive morale bonus, screenshot below)

In dark form all working as it should be.
