Issue:

The end of the 2nd winter I noticed the cost to pray for the next winter was 17 pearls, instead of 2. I looked in the description for the pray cost it says it is 15 turns after the last winter ended. It has stayed there the entire round. At some point changed to 13 turns and stayed there. The last time I reloaded it dropped to 11 turns. It might be connected to how many times the game has been loaded? I've restarted the game and this bug is persisting.

I'm not sure if it's related, but the new plan popup wasn't showing up either, the first few rounds it worked but the rest of the game it never came up when the turns to next empire plan dropped to zero, the notification never appeared on the right. Trade and Science vistory tracking wasn't working either, but that fixed when I re-loaded. Not sure if re-loading helped with the empire plan notification though.
