When i am playing with the Kapaku 

and i select a unit

and i have a volcanoformer device 

and i select the action volcanoform

and i move the cursor to an area with a settled urkan

then the Yield box (box which shows the current and future FIDS amounts of the 7 volcanoform tiles) becomes empty.

this effect continues over into new games or loaded games for as long as the user does not restart the game.

please note this effect only occurs in arreas with a settled urkan not where one is not settled. 

Please note i think the same is happening irrespective of selecting the Kapaku race, i presume this is the combination of the volcanoform device and a settled urkan.

note also started a post on steam about this containing both the quetsion and this effect/cause.

This probably is in some way related to the fact that you cannot settle a city in an area where an urkan is settled. something i just found out (again?)
