Road graphics spawned on water, I think it was caused by a trade route going over sea-ice in its pathing,.

If its relevant I was playing on the new Auriga scenario map too.

I could imagine the road was creating, by temporarily placed ice-shelves (you know, the stuff coming along with skyfin DLC and winter effects, what you can vote for in Altair of Auriga).
