On applying [End Turn] the game is stalled.

Playing with Ardent Mages on Turn 193 while being at war with the Vaulters faction. Vaulter's Neros had been rampaging my territory for a few turns aiming to destroy extractors.

My guess for the bug/problem is that Nero is trying to destroy the Titan extractor of the city Aberian, which is impossible because the extractor is inside the city walls and not outside as the other ones before. (Nero is not besieging the city.)
