When I started this quest, it told me to bring a settler to the location to assist the relief efforts (which is the description of a different quest than the The Gauran Games).

Now the quest explanation shows the previous quest that has been stickied (if I sticky another quest then sticky the Gauran quest the definition again changes to the previous one).

Also the Gauran units haven't spawned so I don't know what to do.
