The first step in the fourth quest in the Cultist questline don't trigger for me.

Convert all villages and destroy the city.

I converted the single village in the region and razed an AI city twice with no luck. ( I let the Ai resettle). I should mention I used a Privateers army to destroy the city.

As soon I moved my armies out the quest triggered finally. Strange, I take what I get.

I have also encountered this bug in a multiplayer game. I already had all villages in the region converted by the time I destroyed the city, which may be the cause of the bug. Moving out of the region does not trigger the quest for me, but I will ask one of my friends to raze a village so that I can reconvert it and see if that resolves the issue. Game is unmodded, but I am using a custom cultist faction (still has the auto-raze city on capture skill), though I dont believe any of the selections I made should be causing this bug.

Tested destroying the village and reconverting it with no success in fixing the issue.

Could you join your game save so we can take a look at it?
