Hi, the new patch mentions "[Shiftersonly] Fixed Shifter Nature form health regeneration bonus " but when I tested with a new game today, it's still set at only 5%, not 15%, this is a huge blow to the race, and it would be awesome if it would be fixed for real!

Notes:
- Confirmed in steam: game updated to latest version.
- Tested bonus in both enemy and own regions, still 5% for heroes and units (seekers).

I'm afraid I've not been able to reproduce the 5% regeneration increase in the simulation debug mode:







The in-game tooltip specifies that the capacity increases the units' health regeneration rate by 10%, not 15%. If there's somewhere else where we wrote 15% please let us know where so we can fix this!
