I didn't even take a game all the way to winter. I was too frustrated with the pathfinder thing. I restarted like three games on it. Without the mobility, they're basically not viable.

Today and yesterday, I noticed that my Allayi heroes were no longer benefiting from the Pathfinder skill - forests and other terrain squares were costing me two movement points instead of one. This persisted across multiple Allayi heroes, in different army stacks, and even in different save files and new games.  

Furthermore, the unit stack would often path as if it Pathfinder was working, so it would tell me I could go the full five squares. And it would even appear to walk through the five squares fine.  But on my next turn, when I went to move the unit, it would jump back several squares due to how many forests it moved through, and start movement from several spaces back from where it appeared to be starting.  

This is really frustrating, and makes the Allayi effectively no longer feel like the Allayi. Is this happening to anyone else? Is there a fix?

also, Dont forget, cosmetically, the allayi wont shapeshift in winter mode either....duno why
