Version - Dont know, latest from Steam. Maybe 5.3.6.23037 (from exe file propetries) 

Game save - Nope

The game version is 1.5.1 according to your logs - which is indeed the latest ^^

I can't see anything wrong in the output_log.txt, but in the Diagnostics.html it says:

Failed to initialize the Steam API; aborting...

Like running the game as "Administrator", running in "Windows 7" compatibility mode, temporarily disabling your anti-virus software, verifying the game integrity, etc. ?

32bit + File cache problem. Check cache, use 32bit beta channel and now it works.
