Hi everyone,

I just reinstalled the game and when I start it then it opens in a small window. I could see Iceberg video and so on but then it crashes and it said I should send the crash folder to the developer.

My Notebook is a GT70 with a i7 3820QM with 16 GB Ram and a GTX 970m. I use Windows 10. crash.dmp error.log output_log.txt

Please help. I would like to play the game again...

sorry to hear that the game is crashing.

The error message from your logs is:

EndlessLegend.exe caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)

Let's try a few things:

- try to repair your game cache in Steam (right-click on the game - Properties - Local files - Verify Integrity of game cache)

- if this didn't help, then try un-installing and re-installing the game

- if this didn't help either, then try running a MemTest (http://www.memtest.org/ or http://www.memtest86.com/) to ensure that your systems RAM modules are OK
